Water-Repellent Tub Chair Cover

The round living-room armchair, in water-repellent jacquard

A tub chair has no corners: its back wraps around you and its arms curve in one sweep. An ordinary armchair cover bags on it. This one is cut for that shape — a low, curved back and solid arms — in a jacquard that stretches both ways.

The fabric has a water-repellent finish: spilt coffee beads on the surface, so you have time to wipe it with a cloth. Its textured weave is thicker and firmer than a jersey.

It goes on without tools: slip it over the back, pull it over the arms, and tuck the edge between the seat and the back with the foam tuck-in sticks provided. In 2 minutes at most.

It also suits single club chairs and Scandinavian-style armchairs with a low back and solid arms. Chair measurements: 70 to 90 cm high, 65 to 95 cm wide, top of the back 55 to 75 cm, seat 35 to 55 cm wide. A chair with a high back and side wings needs the wingback chair cover, cut for it.
