First check your order tracking: delivery takes 3 to 8 working days after dispatch to the United Kingdom and Ireland. If the tracking hasn't moved for 48 hours, write to us with your order number from the Contact page: we will send the item again or refund you.

Email us a photo at contact@thesofacoverhouse.com, with your order number: we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at our expense.

You choose them in your basket on orders of £85 or more: a pack of two stretch cushion covers, 45 × 45 cm, in the colour of your choice, once per order. If you weren't able to choose them, write to us.

Machine wash at 30°C, without bleach or fabric softener, then air dry. Faux leather is cleaned with a sponge. The details are in our guide ‘How to care for and wash your sofa cover’.

We advise against it: air drying preserves the stretch of the fabric.
