How to return an item

- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Post your parcel to that address, at your own cost.

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Tell us when you ask for your return: send the item back at your own cost and we’ll send you the size or colour you want, subject to availability.

Do I pay for return postage?
Yes, return postage is paid by the customer. Email us your order number and we’ll reply with the return address.
Can I return a cover I’ve tried on?
Yes: fitting the cover to check the size is no problem at all. Send it back clean, in its packaging if you still have it.
How soon will I get my refund?
Within 24 hours of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, the money shows in your account a few days later.
What if I chose the wrong size?
It happens: send the cover back at your own cost and we’ll send you the right size, subject to availability.
