Description

Two matching cushions in a minute

A pack of two 45 × 45 cm cushion covers in the same colour, to dress your sofa cushions without replacing them. Plain to echo the sofa cover, patterned to liven it up: it's an easy way to change a living room.

The fabric is the same as on our stretch sofa covers: a soft, matt polyester and elastane jersey that stretches both ways and pulls taut over the cushion. It goes on in a minute and gives your cushions the look of a matching set.

Check before you order

One size: 45 × 45 cm, for standard sofa cushions. This is the cover only, with no filling — your current cushion goes inside. Measure it from edge to edge: between 40 and 45 cm, the cover fits it snugly.

The pack costs the same whatever the colour. Three other patterns, Grey palm leaves, Ecru pink floral and Burgundy floral, are sold singly, on their own page.

Care

Machine washable at 30°C. Air dry, no ironing. Take the cover off, wash it, put it back on.

How many you need

One pack covers two cushions. Count your cushions and divide by two. Free delivery on orders of £85 or more, plus two free cushion covers: you choose them in your basket.

Sizing and fitting

Size 45 × 45 cm: measure your cushion flat, from seam to seam. This cover fits a cushion 40 to 45 cm square.

Fitting

Slip the cushion into the cover, close it and put it back. About a minute, no tools needed.

Care

What matters here is the stretch of the knit. Too much heat, fabric conditioner or the tumble dryer will loosen it, and the cover ends up baggy on your furniture.

Day to day

Blot a fresh stain from the edge towards the centre with a damp cloth, without rubbing. There’s no need to take the cover off for a one-off spill.

Washing

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, with no bleach or fabric conditioner.
Wash it on its own if it’s a sofa cover: it needs room to rinse properly.

Drying

Air dry on a clothes airer. Put it back on while it’s still slightly damp: it tightens up by itself as it finishes drying.

Avoid

Tumble dryer, radiator, fabric conditioner, bleach.
